Actually, This Is Just A Test.

I haven't blogged in more than a week!  It's really just a test to see how long I can go between posts.  That's all.

I'm not tired or exhausted or out of stories to tell.

Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.

Not at all.  Never.

Thank you for staying tuned.  I hope the holiday planning is going well for you all.  We put up a tree and promptly discovered ornaments would be out of the question.  They were destroyed by our children: crushed and - don't worry - we stopped them before they could actually EAT the ornaments.  But, that's where it was headed.

But lights?  Those would be fine, we thought.  Um, until they figured out how to plug and unplug them.  So those went, too.

Now we have a big, bare tree up -  just like when we started the decorating session!  Yay!  Except...now they are dragging in chairs from the kitchen table to stand up and try to climb the tree.  So it might have to go, too.  More to follow!

For the first time in 12 years (12!!), we put up our tree and no one has bugged it. We can actually put presents out before Christmas Eve. The day does eventually come. Until then, try felt ornaments!!

I think infrequent blogging is a holiday requirement...at least that's what I'm telling myself.

We have three trees...two upstairs (tiny little ones all for me to do all my crafty stuff to) & the boys don't touch it or there will be con---se---quences. The other tree is downstairs with lights on it accompanied by many many many action figures. The boys love to play with that tree...and as long as they don't touch mine, they can have at it! p.s. I sometimes do that...take a break from blogging just to see if I can...you are missed!
